The factor is protest art, protest art is a broad term that is a reference to creative works that concern or are produced by activists and social movements. There are also contemporary and historical works and currents of thought that can be characterized in this way.
2) The way the factor helps me understand why a field of jeans exists in my school?
The reason why this helps me understand why a field of jeans exists in my school is because protest art is mainly public not in a gallery and the jeans are practically protest art which is displayed in public.

The factor links to other factors to explain why the field of jeans exist is because the jeans help the environment because they are catalytic clothing.

This relates to me because I am part of the Thomas Tallis community and my school is part of the Helen Storey project because she and her colleagues built a field of jeans outside my school.
